What is the maximum capacity allowed?

The max capacity is 120 guests standing or 100 guests seated. If the guest count exceeds the mentioned max capacity, your event may be shut down due to a violation of our rules and regulations.

Can I bring my own caterer?

Outside catering is allowed..

Can alcohol be serve at my event?

Yes, alcohol is permitted within the building limits. The Alcohol must be served by a Licensed and Insured bartender. ** If you don’t have a bartender, you can choose one from our preferred vendor list. NO SELLING OF ALCOHOL ON THE PREMISES.

What is the cancellation policy?

If the event is canceled for any reason, you forfeit your 50% retainer. No refunds will be given on events canceled 1 to 29 days prior to event after its paid in full.

We will make every accommodation to reschedule requests as availability permits.

How much is the booking retainer fee?

We require a 50% non-refundable booking retainer fee, that is due at booking. This amount will be taken from the balance.

Does the location come with tables and chairs?

Yes, we have 10 round tables, 4 rectangle tables (8FT), 6 rectangle tables (6FT) and 100 Chiavari chairs made available to you.

Is there a kitchenette available?

Yes, the studio has a kitchenette area with refrigerator

Decorations that are NOT allowed.

We do NOT ALLOW nails, tape, screws, staples or any penetrating items that are to be used on our walls, ceiling or floors. Glitter, graffiti, paint, silly string or confetti is not allowed on site without approval. NO OPEN FLAMES or Candles.
